The HR Suite

What is the HR Suite?
The HR Suite is a combination of the HR Portal, HR Hotline, HR Toolbox, and the Learning Management System (LMS). Each tool works synergistically to assist you in your business needs, whether that be growing your business, handling HR activities, hiring new employees, staying in compliance, and more. The HR Portal is the system that has over 10,000 resources, be it toolkits to videos, fliers to documents, in regards to compliance, HR, wellness, health benefits, and much more. It can email you updates in regards to information you find important as well.
The HR Hotline is a live HR consultant you can call or email with any question you may have. Many of our clients that have HR use the HR Hotline as a double check or simply as an addition to their already stellar knowledge when questions arise.
The HR Toolbox is a fantastic tool that provides you with tools such as:

Finally, the Learning Management System (LMS) is a system of courses, of which now there are over 150, that you set up and send out to your employees to complete. The LMS has courses on Sexual Harassment and Prevention, for managers and non-managers, in English and Spanish. It also has the Workplace Violence Prevention Course Video Format. They are both certified for California.
The LMS includes courses designed for managers in regards to leadership and communication, to courses on ergonomics, to handling your work day.
Providing the HR Suite allows our clients to lower their costs while at the same time having an extremely comprehensive HR tool to leverage. We can’t always wave a magic wand and bring down the cost of health insurance, but we can supply you and your team with tools that allow you to spend money elsewhere or simply save on the costs!
